To reserve your trip, please complete all questions. Your trip is not secured without an application and you are subject to loss of room and/or deposit.
If you are traveling with a roommate or group, a separate reservation is required for each person. Roommates/doubles must keep to the payment plan in order to secure their room.
If you are part of Crew, please be sure to add the crew name to your form.
Please note that depending on the vacation/trip, your room suite request may not be available and we will try to accommodate your request. TTG LLC reserves the right to adjust your room request based on availability.

Cancellation Policy and Fees
ALL Cancellations must be done in writing via email to: ddt.yourtravelguy73@gmail.com
The following cancellation penalties are applied towards the total cost of the room or trip, based on a per-person, per-tour basis. The schedule is based on the scheduled group arrival date of the trip.
300 days or more, NO PENALTY will be assessed.
300-240 days prior to/up to group arrival date of trip: There will be a 25% Penalty.
240-180 day prior to/up to group arrival date: There will be a 50% Penalty.
180-150 days prior to/up to group arrival date: There will be a 75% Penalty.
150-120 days prior to/up to group arrival date: There will be a 100% Penalty.
THERE’S A STANDARD DDT ADMINISTRATIVE FEE OF $200 ADDED ONTO ALL HOTEL FEES AND CANCELLATIONS.
Important Notice Regarding Travel Insurance
Please note that your application will remain incomplete until you indicate your Travel Insurance preference.You may choose to purchase Travel Insurance through DDT CSI or obtain coverage independently from another provider. Regardless of your choice, please GET TRIP PROTECTION, as your Health insurance does not work overseas. Select a policy and complete payment using the link provided below if you opt for DDT CSI coverage.
Important: Travel Insurance coverage will only take effect once payment has been received under Trip Protection.
